By placing an order, customers agree to follow these Terms and Conditions.

Business Scope

Online orders are currently accepted only within selected local areas such as Kamarhati. Service area, delivery coverage, product availability, pricing, and packaging may change in the future.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using this website or placing an order means you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree not to misuse the platform.

2. Ordering Without Login

Orders can be placed without login or signup. Fake, spam, abusive, or malicious orders are strictly prohibited.

3. Order Confirmation Before Dispatch

All COD orders are confirmed by call or message before dispatch. Hanfi Masala may refuse or cancel any order suspected to be fake, fraudulent, or abusive.

4. Correct Customer Details

Customers must provide accurate delivery address and phone number. Incorrect details may result in delay, failed delivery, or cancellation.

5. Delivery Timelines

Delivery time depends on location and stock availability. Some orders may be delivered the same day, while others may take longer.

6. Urgent Delivery Requests

For urgent delivery, customers should contact support before placing an order or immediately after placing it.

7. Payment Terms

  • Primary mode is Cash on Delivery in local service areas.
  • Payment can be collected in cash or via Google Pay / PhonePe at delivery.
  • In special trusted cases, online pre-delivery payment may be accepted.

8. Pricing, Billing, and GST

  • Only the amount mentioned on the bill is payable.
  • No extra payment is required at delivery.
  • The business currently operates without GST registration for present operations.

9. Delivery Acceptance Check

  • Check the packet at delivery and do not accept if open or damaged.
  • Match the Order Code on the package with your bill before accepting.
  • Keep a copy of your bill for support, tracking, and return requests.

10. Cancellation and Modification

Order cancellation or modification requests are accepted only before dispatch.

11. Return and Refund Rules

  • Returns are not accepted after 3 days from delivery date.
  • Opened, used, or customer-damaged packets are not eligible for return or refund.

12. Product and Quality Note

Because spices are freshly ground and packed, product appearance, color, or texture may vary slightly between batches.

13. Wholesale Terms

Wholesale pricing, quantity conditions, and delivery terms may differ from retail orders.

14. Delays and Liability

Hanfi Masala is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or external factors beyond operational control.

15. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and product information belong to Hanfi Masala and may not be copied or reused without permission.

16. Right to Update Terms

Hanfi Masala may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms become effective when published on this page.
