How Ordering Works

Customers can place orders without login or signup. We currently offer local delivery with Cash on Delivery (COD) as the standard payment mode. In special trusted cases, pre-delivery online payment may be accepted through Google Pay or PhonePe.

Because login is not required, we do not collect passwords or account profile history for regular customers.

3. Order Verification and Anti-Spam Checks

All COD orders are verified by call or message before dispatch. Orders with invalid phone numbers, incorrect addresses, or suspicious activity may be delayed, refused, or cancelled.

4. Payment Data Handling

For standard COD orders, payment is collected after delivery in cash or via Google Pay / PhonePe. We do not store card details on this website. We also do not request customer GST details for regular local retail orders at this stage.

5. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your order information is processed through our website workflow and stored in connected records such as Cloudflare for order management, dispatch coordination, and support follow-up.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only when operationally required, such as with delivery staff/partners for completing your order, or when required by law.

7. Cookies and Basic Analytics

We may use essential cookies or similar browser storage for website functionality, form flow, and performance improvements. You can manage cookie settings from your browser.
