• All Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed by call or message before dispatch.
• Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct before placing the order.
• Delivery time may vary depending on location and availability; some orders may be delivered the same day, others may take longer.
• For urgent delivery requests, customers should contact our support team before or immediately after placing the order.
• Currently, we collect payment only after delivery, either in cash or via Google Pay / PhonePe.
• In special cases, trusted customers may be allowed to make online payment before delivery.
• Please check the product packet at the time of delivery and do not accept the order if the packet is open or damaged.
• Always match the Order Code on the package with your bill before accepting the delivery.
• Returns are not accepted after 3 days from the delivery date.
• Opened, used, or damaged packets are not eligible for return or refund.
• Only the amount mentioned on the bill will be charged; no extra payment is required at delivery.
• Order cancellation or modification requests are accepted only before dispatch.
• Please keep a copy of your bill for return requests, support, and order tracking.

• All products sold by Hanfi Masala are prepared and packed under valid FSSAI licensing guidelines.
• Product appearance, color, or texture may slightly vary as we deal in freshly ground spices.
• Currently, online orders are accepted only within selected areas such as Kamarhati.
• Service areas, delivery coverage, and product availability may change or expand in the future.
• Prices, packaging, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• Hanfi Masala reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected to be fake, fraudulent, or abusive.
• Any incorrect details provided by the customer may result in delivery delay or cancellation.
• Hanfi Masala is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address, unavailability of customer, or external factors.
• Wholesale pricing, quantity, and delivery terms may differ from retail orders.
• Customers agree not to misuse the website or place orders with malicious intent.
